I'm not an expert at buying houses and over the years this is the fourth house I've bought to live in. In the past I found buying real estate to be quite stressful in finding exactly what I wanted without the realtor putting too much pressure on the process. I consider myself a difficult client as I want to be sure to get the perfect house or at least as close to perfect as possible. They have exemplified the exact type of customer service that I mirror every day in my own field of work. I come from a lengthy background of sales and customer service; before my current job I worked for Enterprise Rental Car and Enterprise Car Sales for 11 years in management roles and sales. I now am the General Manager of the Law offices of 702 Traffic (pink house on rainbow and flamingo). I take customer service very seriously and practice it on a daily basis so that I leave an imprint in my clients minds to refer people back for the same great service. Recently, I had started looking for a house and it is my first purchase and Kami has helped me from the beginning in trying to find the right home that would work for me and my future family. We first went to Century Communities and found a "new build" that I was very interested and excited about. Being my first purchase I wanted to feel some sort of comfort in whom I was dealing with (the builder) and the builder there changed that perception real quick.
